What Causes Enlarged Uterus With Thick Endometrium?
I am 26 years old and married! I feel some pain and I go to hospital and they see me by Altrasound and Internal Altrasound what u call it trans vagenal ... so my result says:-
- uterus is enlarged, there is thick endometrium with oval shaped small cystic area with echogenic ruim, but the double echogenic is not visualized.
- No fetal pole is noted minmial pelvic peritoneal fluid is noted.
- there is hypoechoic thin walled cyst in the left ovary measuring 2.6x2.3 cm
-well distended bladder having smooth wall without evidence of space occupying lesion is demonstrated.
conclusion:- Early GS with luteal cyst is likely.
