What Causes Enlarged Vein On Temple With Family History Of Brain Aneurysm?

Yes, I have been having really bad headaches again. I had migranes years ago and they called them cluster migranes and they are the same kind but tonight I noticed that the vein on the left temple are very enlarged and that is the same side as the headache. My mother had an anurism of the brain so of course things like this worry me but I have had an artira gram years ago and everything was good.
