What Causes Enlargement And Hardness Of Stomach?

my name is elizabeth,my sister is 29 years old and we started noticing her tummy swell in 2008.the fluid was drained,later the following year it became worse and her tummy is hard and big.we have done all manner of tests and scan.but no one seems to know the problem.please how can you help?
