What Causes Enlargement Of Montgomery Glands On Breasts?

Hi, so I noticed that lately my montgomery glands on my breasts are quite large. I m not pregnant and I heard they can enlarge but that usually happens to women over 30. I m very young but have this problem. Why is this happening? Any way I can reduce the size? Thank you
