What Causes Episode Of Cold Sweat, Hearing Loss And Vision Loss?

I have the flu. I was making dinner and all of a sudden, broke out in a cold sweat. Loss of hearing, felt like I was going to pass out. When I made it to a chair, I started to lose my vision. Complete loss of vision in right eye and then it came back very quickly after about 30 seconds of sitting.
