What Causes Episodes Of Constipation, Nausea And Dark Stools?

i am a 19 yr old female and have epidsodes of constipation and nausea approx every two weeks. I am in excruating pain during this process and once the stool is out it is dark, stringy , paste in texture. Once I get this out, I am fine for another two weeks. Please advise.
