What Causes Episodes Of Severe Nausea, Pain And Frequent Dizziness?

ZI am a 70 year old woman who had a lap. chol in May 2013. There was a CBD transection which was repaired by a Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy. Initially I did well but late last year began having episodes of severe nausea, pain, and, often dizziness as well. CT and US are both normal as are lfts. I am 5 4 tall and I weigh 134 lbs.
