What Causes Erectile Dysfunction With Diabetes?

Hi sir I am recently married in Nov-09,While intercourse with my wife in the first two nights i took MF-100 due to avoid fear of early ejaculation.After two days when i stop taking pills i felt erectile dysfunction and later on most of the time i feel erectile dysfunction and also less pleasure and now i diagnosed as a diabetic patient , sir how can i avoid such sexual weakness while i am a diabetic.
