What Causes Erection Of Breasts And Chronic Neck Pain?

i just want to know that i was seduced by a male friend 3yrs back bec of which ihad erection of breasts but i broke with him bec i felt he was sexully trying to exploit me.but after that i started having severe neck pain ,which has taken a chronic form now,although my erection was ok after i got some treatment...can u tell me why this happenned and what should i do for neck pain
