What Causes Erection Pains In My Penis Shaft?

i have very painfull erections, the pain is at the shaft of my peinis. went to the doctor and she test my prostate and didnt find a problem. i got antibiotics but that doesnt work, it have been one week and a few days now and the pain is getting any better
