What Causes Excess Body Shivering?

Hi sir /mam i have health probleme from last 4years in the morning i have deep shivering probleme ,even if i touch to not very hot but at low temp to any thing i feel shivering this happen in the only at morning n mid day session ,when i will be below to ac i am facing the same probleme ,after taking bath the shivering is also increased speedly ,
