What Causes Excess Dark Discharges?

hey, ive been having very bad discharge for awhile. maybe a couple years and the things the doctors perscribe me do not work. ive had yeast infrection pills and bacterial infection pills. so what exactly is wrong with me because i the discharge comes out clear and turns brown with an odor on my panties??
