What Causes Excess Hair Growth,obesity And Skin Problems?

Hello doctor, iam 25 yrd old and have facial hair problem , also obese and have lots of hair on my body like mens do . Earlier i had issues with my menstrual cycle was not regular and heavy loss of blood but now it is regular, have back pain , is obese and have lots of skin issues like hairy body,facial hair,oily skin and ageing skin.Please suggest any treatment.
