What Causes Excess Hunger And Headache On Being Diagnosed With Positional Vertigo?

I was diagnosed with positional vertigo a couple years ago. It seems to act up a few times a year. This time it has been bothering me for two weeks straight. I always seem to be hungry even if I just ate and most of the days I have had a headache. What should I do?
