What Causes Excess Production Of Dirt In Penis?

Sir, it's almost going to be 2 years. In my foreskin and prefuse gland of penis where dirt produce or contain is excess . It is not normal dirt which is produced when we donot clean it. I clean it two-three times a day. When dirt is more it feel itching and sometime soft part crack and bleeding. I have been consulting dermatologist since begining of the problem and done many medicinal courses but problem has not solved. All sexual related tests like HIV done and found negatives.After going through internet, I suppose it may be balanoposthitis which is caused by excessive washing of the penis with soap. I shall be grateful to you if you help me in riding away this severe problem.
