What Causes Excess Salivation And Tickling Sensation In Throat?

I have excessive mouth watering. A tickle in my throat above the adams apple. Been going on since before xmas. I took a coarse of antibiotics and temperature went down. a week later I'm hacking again.Discovered a drop in blood sugar level yesterday was 264 today is 129. Taking Glipizide 10 mg and Metformin 500 mg. Should I remove some one of these?
