What Causes Excess Tiredness,body Pain And Headaches?

Over the past couple months, i have been increasingly tired, even after I just wake up, very thirsty, aches and pains through out my body, and been having headaches. My weight has been up and down. One week I will weigh 230 then down to 215, then back to 225. Give me suggestions if you can, i honestly don t trust my doctor
