What Causes Excessive Facial Hair Growth With Chronic Sweating?

I'm a 25 year old female. About 2 or 3 years ago I started sweating a lot, even when it's cold. As soon as I put on shirt, I have huge stains in my pits within 5 minutes. I've tried certain dri and pretty much every deodorant with no luck. I've also noticed that I'm growing a lot of long and dark body/facial hair and it just keeps getting worse. Could I have a hormone problem? the only meds I'm on is 800 mg of carbamazapine daily.
