What Causes Excessive Hair Growth All Over The Body?

i am 22 years old lady.my weight is 43 kg. i was born with hair all over body.2 years back(2009) i was facing so many problems in my life. so i could not sleep for 1-2 months and during these depression period i found that hairs are arise around my nipple and breasts. All these occurs due to hormonal imbalance or what? what should i do now? whom should i consult? plz help me.
