What Causes Excessive Hair Loss And Oily Scalp?

I am suffering from hair fall from last 2 year and now I can see slightly bald patch in the middle section of head.
My slacp is very greasy only where the hair is less and the oil doesn't fade even after shampooing my hair
Is this a fungal infection ..?
