What Causes Excessive Perspiration And Frequent Bowel Movements?

So since the 5th I ve been sweating way more than anyone should, I even sweat when its cold in my house, when the fans on and even when I wear a tank and shorts. Didn t think it was a big deal until Igot into high school. I also have this weird thing that happens, I m not sure if this has anything to do with this problem but every time I need to poop my stomach growls and not the kind of growl like I m hungry. It ll do this constantly until I go. I would go to the doctors but my mom won t take me because she thinks I m a hypochondriac
