What Causes Excessive Pubic Hair Growth And Abdominal Fat?

Hi, Im a 22 years old girl.. I have excessive pubic hair growth, i also have hairs on my chest and breasts, regular periods with a cycle of about 33 days, lately my abdominal fat is increasing inspite of good eating habbits.. is there anything to worry about??
