What Causes Excessive Shooting Pains In The Body?

Why would I be having shooting pains in my body? Started in right side of my chest, hurt worse when I took deep breaths, the pain went straight through me to my back but it seems to have moved further & further down to my vagina. Feels like pain is shooting down & out of vagina????
