What Causes Excessive Stomach Gas?

Kind of a crazy question but I have realy bad gas and have had it all my life. Lately I have been doing things to make it better like herbal teas, Ginger root, colon klenz ect. I have realy bad lower stomack gas right know that is causing some pressure on my right testical and it is a little bigger than the left one. Dont know if that is a big deal but the disscomfort that I feel in the testical is kinda wierd never had gas thier befor. I believe it to be gas because when I pass a little gas or I pee it releives the pain in the testical. Any thoughts?
