What Causes Excessive Sweating Along With Puffy Face?

I ve recently sweating a lot gained weight puffiness in face always so tired my muscles are always sore and manly my legs from knees down ache and get very stiff I sit or lay or stand for to long ,sleeping pattern of a nite isn t the best cause my legs feel like burning but are cold .
