What Causes Excessive Sweating And Coughing While Sleeping?

I have a 5 yr old child and that past few nights I have noticed when hes sleeping he will be sweating and when I will take his temperature (armpit) its around 95.which the first 2 nights he would cough a lot while sleeping and this past night he hasn t coughed.
