What Causes Excessive Sweating And Fainting During Pregnancy While Having Gestational Diabetes?

I am 28weeks pregnant with 3rd child I have been having episodes of excessive sweating feeling faint going rather pale and generally feeling unwell. Bub is fine I have gestational diabetes which has been fine during the episode same with the blood pressure is normal?
