What Causes Excessive Sweating And Oily Facial Skin?

Hi, I am 23 year old male,and i have a problem with sweating. I always sweat more on my face than the other parts of the body. Sometimes i sweat on my face when i am in an airconditioned room.And also my facial skin is also very oily, so i really dont feel so good.Can u tell me what could be the problem, and what kind of doctor i should visit to cure this problem?
