What Causes Excessive Sweating Despite Normal Thyroid Level?

My thyroid is normal and my estrogen level is normal however my doctor called to tell me to come in tomorrow because my bloodwork came back abnormal but she wouldnt discuss it over the phone. ive been sweating profusely and have no energy. Im thinking diabetes but i take metformin 500 mg twice a day. So im concerned.
