What Causes Excessive Sweating In Palms And Feet While Sleeping?

hi Every time that i wake up i have my hands palms, feet wets (sweat big quantities), It always happen every morning and every time that i take a snap in the afternoons What can be happening to me? I am 54 years old women, it had happening to me occasionally before but last three months it happen every day. I am feeling very bad about it. Thanks for your help
