What Causes Excessive Sweating In Palms, Feet And Underarms?

i have suffered from excessive sweating in the palms, feet and underarms since i was a kid. i'm now 28 years old and am really fed up of this problem and it has affected me in my day to day life. i have also noticed that my 3 year old daughter also suffers from the same problem. any remedy??
