What Causes Excessive Sweating In Upper Back, Chest And Arms?

my father sweats very heavily on is upper back, chest and arms he suffers from parkinsons but we have been told it has nouthing to do with this. it tends to happen more when his blood pressure is high, he sweats so much that his clothe are soaked and he gets very cold. wonder if you could shed any light on why this may be happening.
