What Causes Excessive Thirst Along With Burping And Abdominal Pain?

I've had excessive thirst for a few days now but have not had increased urination. Along with that I've been burping a lot and having stomach pains. I don't believe that I have diabetes. No diarrhea or vomiting just nausea occasionally. What could be wrong? Should I get checked out for diabetes?
