What Causes Excessive Thirst And Frequent Urination?

I got my BHCG done and the result shows less than 0.5mIU/ml. But i am feeling awfully thirsty and has to urinate frequently. I had cramps a week back but my periods havent started. My periods were due on 11th March. This is my fourth cycle of Fertomid 50(twice daily from day 3 to 7). Could i be still pregnant?
