What Causes Excessive Tissue Covering Tendons In Hands And Feet?

I have taken anticonvulsants for forty years. About thirty years ago I began having problems with the tendons n my hands and feet. The left foot is now filled with tissue which has covered the tendons and pretty well filled my arch. Is this problem related to my anticonvulsant - primidone?
