What Causes Excessive Urinal Discharge, Queefing, Abdominal Swelling, Cramping And Period Odor?

I'm just going to get straight to the point. My symptoms : excessive discharge. Queefing if I push after peeing. Discharge in urine after queefing. Color is off white, slightly yellow on t.p. but may just be from urine. Some days lower abdominal swollen. Cramps. Periods are unpredictable. Sometimes 3 times a month. After period dark brownish blood,horrible smell. Then peachy pinkish blood when wiping. Lower back pain before period is about to start. Took 5 days worth doxicilyn and no more symptoms. Then symptoms came back a week later. What could this be?
