What Causes Excessive Vaginal Discharge Along With Painful Urination?

Hello.. Nice to meet you Sir. I have heavy vaginal discharge [mucus like]. Now im taking clingen forte for 7 days. This is the 3rd day. Also i have lower back back..now a small pain on urine passing area..though not severe..to rule out uti infection i checked my urine routine. Every thing is normal except Pus cells:1-2 hpf, RBC:4-6 HPF & faint trace of albumin. B4 a few days after passing urine i looked into the closet and found pale red color in the urine. What is this condition & what all tests i have to do.. Thank you sir in advance..
