What Causes Excessive Vaginal Discharge And Clots In Urination?

About once a month I pass a fairly large mucus clot that is is clear to milky white in color..I thought it was uterine discharge. .but I had a full hysterectomy 8 weeks ago..yesterday I passed another one of these clots during urination. ..what is this?
