What Causes Excessive Vaginal Discharge?

Hello,am 24yrs and am married,my first child is 11months old...recently I ve been noticing water comin out of my vagina in large quantity,but not frequently it happens once in 2-3months also I do notice some sour in my genital....and am on family planning injection every 2months,pls I need help
