What Causes Excretion Of Only Mucus And Liquid After Removing Appendix?

I had surgery two weeks ago to remove appendix and cut adhesions. I had to be re admitted to hospital on day six after I developed an infection deep in my pelvis. I had to have a suppository inserted in order for my bowels to open. They worked ok for two days. Now I am home and passing nothing but persistent bouts of clear liquid and mucus, very frequently. What shall I do?
