What Causes Excruciating Pain In Genital Area And Cramps In Left Foot?

I am a 68 year old female. in the last month I have awakened with excruciating pain in my left groin. trying to stand up exasperates the pain and then my toes on my left foot cramp to the point I have to hop on my right leg just to sit down. this has happened twice in the last month and when I mention this to my physician it goes un addressed.
