What Causes Excruciating Pain In Head After Injury?

I had concussion about a month ago from being kicked in the head in a sport, a few days after I received a huge whack to the back of my head and the pain was excruciating. I instantly had a lump which didn t bother me but one month later it is still there and big. I had really bad symptoms after hitting my head. A month later my symptoms seem to mainly be aching around the eyes, horrible headaches and pressure in my head, my temples are very sore constantly and I hear ringing in my ears very often. I m still feeling nauseous and dizzy everyday. My words are slow and I just feel really disorientated and slow with everything like speaking and listening etc. I have not seen a doctor and was wondering what I should do as doctors in my area are useless and would just ignore everything by saying paracetamol, which by the way does not seem to have any effect. Thanks :)
