What Causes Exhaustion And Weakness Post Medical Abortion?

I went to the abortion clinic this past Friday and took a pill in the office. On Saturday I took 4 pills vaginally which caused really bad cramping. I ve been passing a lot of clots but no heavy bleeding. I felt fine on Sunday but today, Monday, I was sent home from work because I felt like passing out and my office manager told me I looked green and felt warm. I called the clinic and they said its normal, all side effects of the drug. I came and slept for about 4 hours but still feel exhausted and weak. I m worried this isn t just normal side effects like they keep telling me.
