What Causes Explosive Diarrhoea Along With Severe Abdominal Pain?

I have thought for a long time that something is haywire in my belly. I have bowel movements that is like an explosion and debris all around rhe upper part of the toilet bowl. I have been drinking meta mucil mixed with miralax,this has been doing the job. but not getting any better,(this has been going on for several months). I have told my family doctor about a large hernia in my stomache area and he doesn t seem to have much to say except he had a medical term for it. This morning I woke up with a stomach ache that I never get, and it is still bothering me at the end of the day however somewhat better. My belly feels a little bigger than normal. I had a colonoscopy recently that was almost mormal with a few pollups. I was reading some of the symtoms in this article that I have, am 82 years old. What do you think?
