What Causes Extended Periods,brown Discharge And Abdominal Pressure?

My last period was approx two weeks ago ...normally it is 5 days this time it was 5 but tgen continued 3 more days w just brownish discharge ...my breasts are still tender especially in he am ..and Imy lower back and lower abdonen feel like pressure on them ..almost as if I hace UTI ...I do work but I have no insurance ...any suggestions on what this maybe? ..the back pain is worse then the front
