What Causes Extra Skin With White Bumps Outside The Vagina?

Hello, I'm a 15 year old female. For as long as I can remember, I have had two flaps of skin outside my vagina that look gray and when stretched out, have small white bumps. They don't hurt or bleed, but sometimes the itch and very rarely it burns when I pee. I have never had sexual intercourse and I am TERRIFIED of what this is. I will be planning to see a Doctor very soon. But I am begging for your help, please!
