What Causes Extreme Arthralgia And Myalgia In Feet, Knees And Hands?

I have extreme arthralgia and myalgia all over my body but worst in my feet, knees and hands, and neuropathy in my hands aftertaking Terbinafine for 5 weeks. I did have blurred vision and could smell a nasty smell all the time but that has largely resolved since ceasing the medication 4 days ago. No improvement in the other symptoms. Any advice on timeline for a resolution on this or on any treatment that might assist me to get better? LFTs are okay. I am worried that further drugs will stress my system.
