What Causes Extreme Emotional Immaturity And Problems With Motor Skills?

My son is 13 years old and has had many symptoms over the years beginning since he was in preschool. He is still dealing with some of his symptoms. He has never really been diagnosed with anything but I feel a lot of his symptoms could be interrelated. His symptoms are: extreme emotional imaturity, problems with fine motor skills and gross motor skills, panic attacks. When he was younger he also had speech problems which were helped through speech therapy. He also suffered from encropresis which has improved but quite a bit but he still suffers from. He also had issues with bullying in the past and still has social problems. He doesn t suffer from learning problems and does very well in school
