What Causes Extreme Fatigue Along With Abdominal Pain And Sore Throat?

I have been bitten by a tick a couple of days ago. After being bitten, my husband removed the tick with tweezers, head and all. Afterwards it itched a lot and then turned into a large whelp that was red. Today I have started having extreme fatigue, temperature, stomach pains, sore throat and heart palpitations. Could this be lyme disease?
