What Causes Extreme Fatigue Along With Nausea And Shortness Of Breath?

Hello. I have been experiencing extreme fatigue the last week...especially in my muscles, naseua, and periodically i have shortness of breath. I have also noticed my urine and stool smelling sweet, with my stool occasionally being a light beige or yellow color.
